Jai Sai Master!<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Everyday is a regular day and we continue to live in a state of confusion, with no understanding of what is life and why we were born as humans? Anyone will be surprised if posed a question of that kind, and feel the one who is asking has gone crazy. People who live with the "short term and long term goals in life", do not even know if there can be a purpose in life. However, majority live in constant fear of God and keep going to temples on those "auspicious" days, without even understanding why there are so many of them. When asked, either they shy away from answering or feel those questions are irrelevant in front of the bigger challenges world has thrown at them, like insecurity for family, rising costs, quality of life or horrible traffic which is depriving them of the so called "happiness" which they are searching for in various organisations or bigger hyper malls or multiplexes. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Behind all these aritificiality, every human being is so confused, many of them want to get on to the route of becoming a Sishya and chooses a Guru for themselves and start proclaiming that they are the followers of so and so, and the rest continue to live their "life". However, if Guru were to be available so easily like a vegetable to be picked up by choice in a super market, then all those scriptures or the Mahathmas would not have struggled so much in teaching or God would have taken rest happily thinking every human being would attain liberation end of their life time. But it is not TRUE. Then, how to go about?</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Like for every life threatening problem, there is a strong and challenging solution, here too, there is one. Try preparing oneself to be able to understand what Guru might offer, if at all HE comes infront. Without preparation, no one can face anything. For this preparation, age old tradition is to read scriptures and follow them in real life. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjG4p59RebF4Or8LLH0P6eswsy3_VwSqEIO64UnvhEcgmd8P-KuUpuCb5rIPNEOkfW6xUaURYKJSKDsUpbDjxLQ9vcHZFsYD7BkmVEkg6bYUYbPJAxKpGo4gGxwyaJ99ofVn-nkJw9BqaIs/s1600/SLM+msg.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjG4p59RebF4Or8LLH0P6eswsy3_VwSqEIO64UnvhEcgmd8P-KuUpuCb5rIPNEOkfW6xUaURYKJSKDsUpbDjxLQ9vcHZFsYD7BkmVEkg6bYUYbPJAxKpGo4gGxwyaJ99ofVn-nkJw9BqaIs/s1600/SLM+msg.jpg" height="147" width="400" /></a>In Sri Sai Leelamrutham, Shirdi Sai Baba says the following, which says, the one who reads about HIM, talks about HIM or sings about HIM will be protected. All those who follow HIM, will get happiness when they read HIS charitra. HE also says, all those who think about HIM or HIS leelas, or pray to HIM continuously, will be free of issues pertaining senses. HE also said HE will protect anyone from death if they listen to HIS with bhakthi and sincerity, and will be liberated from diseases, and will get peace and happiness:</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj5Qv5r5T3HG6BXfQrxf2gmkHjv-9x81KbiM95PjnCOKFSoJNpeSluYozgCOOgn3M98FdFDKoAXYOU0ajAF511ClKyoOkg0lHAnlnAOC2gfDjxWT7ZFura5-4S2mW6RfS4clyPlDOiG_9YA/s1600/srigurucharitra.png" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj5Qv5r5T3HG6BXfQrxf2gmkHjv-9x81KbiM95PjnCOKFSoJNpeSluYozgCOOgn3M98FdFDKoAXYOU0ajAF511ClKyoOkg0lHAnlnAOC2gfDjxWT7ZFura5-4S2mW6RfS4clyPlDOiG_9YA/s1600/srigurucharitra.png" height="320" width="209" /></a>One has to constantly read about HIM and understand HIM. Sri Shirdi Sai Baba also indicated to many of devotees to read Sri Guru Charitra, a holy book, which explains life and teachings of Lord Dattatreya and HIS other avataras, Sri Sri Pada Vallabha and Sri Nrusimha Saraswati also knows as Sri Guru. This is the holy book which is recommended to read to prepare oneself well for understanding who is Guru and why one should aspire for a Guru in life. This is akin to many other religions, where the holy scriptures are read by every member of the family diligently as a tradition. In Sikhism, the Guru Granth Sahib ji is revered as Guru by all Sikhs. In Maharastra, even today, many families do puja to Sri Guru Charitra, as their Guru. That is the importance given to Sri Guru Charitra in our lives. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Every human being must understand what is the purpose of the life, why only self is human while there are many life forms, why intelligent is treated as differentiator and how to use it, to attain the final goal of human life, that is - liberation. On the eve of SRI GURUCHARITRA KRUTAGNATARCHANA tomorrow, let us try our best to follow the chosen tradition and make use of this Holy scripture available for all of us. Let us pray to Lord Dattatreya and HIS many forms, to bless us with the our life goal. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Jai Sai Master!!</div>

Jai Sai Master!<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Guru Purnima - a day, on which people throng to the temples of Shirdi Sai Baba for paying obeisance and pray for the boons. The only puja, Sri Shirdi Sai Baba directly mentioned to HIS devotees in Shirdi. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
However, the way HE mentioned, if you <a href="http://saibharadwaja.org/books/saileelamruthamu/saileelamruthamu.aspx?page=93#31113120998378185">read Sri Sai Leelamrutam</a>, is very interesting. HE never said, "do puja to me". Instead, HE asked one of the devotees to do puja to the pillar inside the masjid. HE mentioned in a cryptic fashion, to do puja to ones GURU. </div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhu6Q5efvRHQT2qy2QBKDqGKXo3U1NCEW4p9_Ww-kpABszHOxhGbBgKuvcGUAQnIItxiQj8TR9pMebeNJkMMr82hYssp4u0pYxhqJEmsDrbxL9Yg3zI0A3x-_0XU_qIFbOFW7rxJB3grvkN/s1600/SLM_Message.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhu6Q5efvRHQT2qy2QBKDqGKXo3U1NCEW4p9_Ww-kpABszHOxhGbBgKuvcGUAQnIItxiQj8TR9pMebeNJkMMr82hYssp4u0pYxhqJEmsDrbxL9Yg3zI0A3x-_0XU_qIFbOFW7rxJB3grvkN/s1600/SLM_Message.jpg" height="183" width="400" /> </a> </div>
<br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhZE4NBU9jBYaahuoofYb-nQSge9juBIrQyFfcSqNeUCGjvhRqQ4yj0jdUnsxQt2smPlTxrkCwzBB6xRlfXkPeclzD8ShXMJqRtbZcC82ClSZI-IbkNSuDcTt6nojA_rEAfcVxbvxDH4cfW/s1600/Ammagaru_1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhZE4NBU9jBYaahuoofYb-nQSge9juBIrQyFfcSqNeUCGjvhRqQ4yj0jdUnsxQt2smPlTxrkCwzBB6xRlfXkPeclzD8ShXMJqRtbZcC82ClSZI-IbkNSuDcTt6nojA_rEAfcVxbvxDH4cfW/s1600/Ammagaru_1.jpg" height="320" width="214" /></a>As Sri Sai Master mentions in the above, one should serve the GURU after surrendering completely to HIM. Then, because of GURU's blessings, the disciple reaches the goal of "knowing the ultimate". Understanding this point of serving GURU and surrendering to HIM unconditionally, is the most difficult task and for that one should have patience, perseverance and commitment. Today, as we are celebrating Gurupurnima, how many of us are trying to walk up to HIM to pray to HIM to give us strength to do this and walk on that path? Instead, we visit the temple as a ritual, like the way we visit Lord Shiva's temple on Sivaratri day or Devi temple on dussehra day, without even understanding the purpose behind the great incarnation of Lord Dattatreya in the form Sri Shirdi Sai Baba. </div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
We must continuously aim at understanding the meaning of GURU and what role HE can play in our lives to uplift us from the day-to-day miseries, and protect us from falling prey to the maya in the form of desires, and utilise this day to re-emphasise our commitment to walk on the path shown by Mahatmas or re-charge ourselves to aim at dispelling the fear of not-knowing and work towards finding a SADGURU. Let us read the holy books or life stories of Mahatmas to aid us in this endeavour. </div>
<br />
May Lord Dattatreya bless us on this auspicious day!<br />
<br />
Jai Sai Master!!</div>

Jai Sai Master!<br />
<br />
Chemistry!<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
A wonderful subject which will help anyone understand the physics of human body in an excellent fashion. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjCCSCNvCG5BSeF5J01uy7qLdEa9eAqAyE3XLMyTsLq_pOw5qLL-D31RaQ-PV4OPuPr_SWQK_wey7UMB4Pe6D_qHFncGWKRmohsf1s3baDcxahes5u1MK7AaJNM-jr_jaHiAfWboB2b5Ap9/s1600/Chemical+reaction.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjCCSCNvCG5BSeF5J01uy7qLdEa9eAqAyE3XLMyTsLq_pOw5qLL-D31RaQ-PV4OPuPr_SWQK_wey7UMB4Pe6D_qHFncGWKRmohsf1s3baDcxahes5u1MK7AaJNM-jr_jaHiAfWboB2b5Ap9/s1600/Chemical+reaction.jpg" height="200" width="127" /></a>The vessel called human body is a group of molecules and the whole process of living can be beautifully understood through chemistry. Be the energy generation or mass converting in to energy, creation of thoughts, response to the thoughts etc.. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The whole universe is interconnected. Everything. As the saying goes, on earth, a small movement of butterfly can cause changes in the weather conditions otherside of the globe is not a joke. Lawrence Krauss has proved that the whole place is like a medium and every single body is displacing the medium when it is moving. Every single body in the sense, be human body or the animal or the planet. The space that we see, is full of matter. If we understand this and start visualising, then we understand the words, resistance, drag etc. much better. However, many of us, when we hear this, say, we know it. But, how many of us understand the implications of this?<br />
<a name='more'></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Leave aside the word of purpose, like Purpose of doing something or purpose of life, how many of us sincerely tried to understand this vessel called HUMAN BODY and what goes on inside and how much impact each change can have on the relationships? Simple thing like THOUGHT. How does it come or should I say, originate? Where? Like in a sea, where there are innumerable waves, the thoughts keep coming to us. On what? Can I have control on what thoughts I get? There are few people called Mahatmas, who seem to be having such control. Or is it that when you gain control, you become a Mahatma? </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
In everyday life, we choose many things and think a lot about consequences of the same. However, never think of what we already have and how much what goes inside through various senses can impact on us. Starting with food, what we see, or hear or feel, everything can impact on the chemical reactions inside the body and start creating the imbalance. The imbalance, after some point, start becoming the regular and this will start creating problems with our relationships externally, which will have some more impact on the bodily reactions. Like an iteration process, slowly the imbalance moves to such a state that the reversible process becomes irreversible and the consequences will take over. How many of us realise this? </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiMWpeoSN9lh9ES2xiFSv2L1Mf172APRByCpj3nJuteKXLWYyI0ERXRkFyhWtUZd3XK4lcx2AEgWWtL1L1sIKJY_vNhXvx1Z8HBG1JqCxwzzlXJCllb1i0hi8vxDeAcyUHRp9T7uRDKoWQG/s1600/Equilibrium.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiMWpeoSN9lh9ES2xiFSv2L1Mf172APRByCpj3nJuteKXLWYyI0ERXRkFyhWtUZd3XK4lcx2AEgWWtL1L1sIKJY_vNhXvx1Z8HBG1JqCxwzzlXJCllb1i0hi8vxDeAcyUHRp9T7uRDKoWQG/s1600/Equilibrium.jpg" height="320" width="260" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Just to end, there is a word called Karma in philosophy. When we start thinking about this and start comparing with equilibrium reactions, it literally means what we give will come back to us. I feel, probably, a point should come, at which we can say, our life is in equilibrium, then it means, we are ready for next level or attain thing called moksha. I may be right or wrong. But making sure we stay balanced and ensuring an equilibrium in our lives should be the priority. To ensure equilibrium, our realtionship with each every thing around us should be properly set. Otherwise, the reaction would tilt either way. Again, till the equilibrium is attained, we will have to go through iterative process like a sine wave. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Probably it is time to understand the chemistry of human life for every individual and look for equilibrium in life, if not begun already!!</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Jai Sai Master!!</div>

Jai Sai Master!<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
What is the primary goal of education? What is the primary goal of a vocation? What is the primary goal of starting any work? </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
If you take a pause, and answer the question, many of us would answer, earn and save for the future so that we can be happy. Be any such question, and when the purpose is searched, the final point or the frontier on which the whole thing is built would be something related to money. However, none of us can predict what is going to happen next moment. Still, we would like to secure our future and try building castles on the same. And, when we lose, we get shaken with fear. Rarely, people fight back, but most drop out of race and become a burden to whole society.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br />
<a name='more'></a><br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
In the whole game, we forget the environment we are in, how we are tied-up to the cosmos or how tiny we are in the whole universe. Worse, we try to imbibe the same to our kids, from a very young age and love to flaunt their skills to the world, without caring much to the impact of the pressure on the child. Particularly, in an age where-in, we seek, something new every moment, where there is no stability of mind, and mind controlling our thought, we are slowly going down hill. The whole world is connected makes this fall, much faster. There is an urgent need to address youth, and the children, to enable them to have good thoughts for a better society. The Masters like Swami Vivekananda, Sri Sai Master are very much a need to call a spade-a-spade and to put things in right perspective, and to encourage the seekers.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
With regard to money, Sri Sai Baba demonstrated many a time that it has no value. One of the many is below: One day, a rich man came to Sri Sai Baba and asked for Brahma Jnanam. He said, that is the only thing lacking in his life and he has got all. Sri Sai Baba said- I am very happy. Rarely, I find someone asking for this, as everyone is coming to me to seek materialistic things.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgUzxviBkDRf5dTNwSoWiy_uONByP1zI919X056VwRuYENgWpGIrb0mKLSuAg_ntfDPQjlGnF2vTIbIw4fCjjMQAj_UTGde5CynkASBrTYNRpTEjRAeKnXFHjqFhbYL1KZKCXLbU5LBCJ3i/s1600/Sai+Master+says_12.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgUzxviBkDRf5dTNwSoWiy_uONByP1zI919X056VwRuYENgWpGIrb0mKLSuAg_ntfDPQjlGnF2vTIbIw4fCjjMQAj_UTGde5CynkASBrTYNRpTEjRAeKnXFHjqFhbYL1KZKCXLbU5LBCJ3i/s400/Sai+Master+says_12.JPG" height="208" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Saying thus, HE was sending someone to the shopkeepers to lend HIM some money and they all refused to lend Sri Sai Baba any money fearing that they will not get it back. The rich man, who came to seek Brahma Jnana, was seeing all this, but instead of giving that money, kept quite. Finally he said, give me the Brahma Jnana fast, as I have to leave. Then Sri Sai Baba coolly told him - "I am trying the same. However, if you do not give Rs 5 (in this context, his ego, his buddhi etc.. which means surrendering to the HIM), then only you will get Brahma Jnana. However, you are so fond of it, you can not part with it. Unless you part with it, I can not". (excerpt from <a href="http://www.saibharadwaja.org/Default.aspx">Sri Sai Master</a>'s <a href="http://www.saibharadwaja.org/books/saileelamruthamu/saileelamruthamu.aspx?page=96">Sri Sai Leelamrutam</a>)</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This is a subtle way of explaining how much materialistic wants will bind us to prevent us from seeing the purity in everything around us. No one says do not earn. But the purpose behind the earning must be right. The spending must be right. Our role as earner must be understood and we have to act responsibly when using every single paise, as we are answerable to whole society, which is working equally to enable us to live. Just for a minute imagine what would happen if there are peasants, or masons, or weavers. That will give us a picture to understand how intricate the whole society is and why we should be responsible in our behaviour.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
As we run up to the big day of celebrating the 75th birth anniversary of Sri Sai Master, let us work consciously to think right and work towards becoming a responsible citizen or work for betterment of a society based on humanitarian fundamentals.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Jai Sai Master!!</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>June 15, 2013 - It was aaradhana day of Avadhuta Sri Chivatam Amma. </b></div>
</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="text-align: justify;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="text-align: justify;">Chivatam is a small village close to Tanuku, and there lived a lady by name Achhamma, who trasnformed in to an Avadhuta, and was later called as Chivatam Amma. </span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Once a person asked Amma, what is Tattvamasi. She immediately replied, burning of self. What SHE meant was when one loses the identify with I, then they get the realisation. This is exactly what Bhagavan Sri Ramana taught everyone who came to him. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Sri Chivatam Amma lived in the same way. She lived as a digambari (renounced clothing) all through HER life. She was known for her simplicity and lucidity while explaining. Surprisingly she had no formal education. This is one way of telling everyone, that to realise god, or the universal consciousness, one need not be a scholar. But pure in heart, compassionate and ever loving, and yearn for the realisation sincerely.<br />
<a name='more'></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
She used to meditate in graveyards and for those who asked her why she does that, the reply was - "so that I do not die". What she meant was, to get out of the life cycle of taking birth and dying. She never did any tricks or anything extraordinary to attract crowd. Infact, not many understood her state. Whatever she did, they were to save someone or to correct someone and they were all timely and happened very naturally. This is possible only one aligns with the universal consciousness to respond appropriately for protecting those who depend on them. Many such things happened with Chivatam Amma naturally. However, she attributed all those to Shirdi Sai Baba or Lord Rama, whom she used to pray continuously. She was, like a true mother, ever compassionate and loving. She used to feed anyone who came to see her. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
She used to tell every one to keep chanting Rama Rama all the time. When someone said that they are not able to focus, she said, just keep repeating Rama Rama all the time internally and the mind will go all around, but will eventually will come back as there is no other go for it. She said, put the seed and plow. without plowing one can not reap the fruit of realisation and she said it so lucidly. There are few holy scriptures that help us live in a proper way and help us stay stable inspite of ups and downs in life. One of such holy scriptures is Sri Sai Leelamrutam. The one that was penned by Pujya Acharya Sri Ekkirala Bharadwaja, the Sadguru, who followed in letter and spirit what HIS Guru told HIM and showed that one can live like that and be very happy throughout.<br />
<br />
It is very difficult to imagine living a simple life, as the word simple, will have different definitions for everyone. In today's world one can see how youngsters change once they get in to earning mode. It is not about the external but more about internal. The attitude and outlook towards every other thing changes so drastically that it would be difficult to comprehend the force which changed the person...so suddenly.<br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Today, there are innumerable places which are talked about. The Golden Temple near Kanchi, talk of gold plating to Tirupati shrine, offering of ornaments to the Lord, gold plating to Shirdi Sai Baba's temple etc... Whenever someone goes to Shirdi and comes back, instead of Sri Sai Baba becoming a point to discuss, the other issues become talking points. We tend to spend more time looking at them surprisingly and with a little bit of feeling either not being a part of the donors list or thinking about those costly donors (probably, my thoughts). We tend to completely forget that we went there to see the Greatest on earth, who is sitting there happily, who represents the ever so dynamic energy or consciousness of the universe. This shows how fickle-minded a human being is, how little things like wealth in any such form can pull us out of HIS spell so easily. When they say in scriptures it is difficult to escape maya in the world, all these incidents prove the same. Many a time, we fight infront of Lord in Tirumala for pushing us rather than just ignorning and concentrating on the Lord who is there in all splendour and glory that we can keep looking at for ever. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This is exactly what was mentioned by <a href="http://saibharadwaja.org/pages/acharyaeb.aspx">Sri Sai Master</a> in Sri Sai Leelamrutam, while talking about the way Sri Shirdi Sai Baba lived. HE says, inspite of the place becoming a very holy place and many people started coming and donating many things, Sri Shirdi Sai Baba remained as HE was without getting attracted to any of these materialistic things, continued to live a simple life.</div>

(Excerpt from <a href="http://saibharadwaja.org/books/saileelamruthamu/saileelamruthamu.aspx?page=93">Sri Sai Leelamrutam</a>)<br />
<br />
As we read this holy book many times, our outlook must continuously change with the purpose and we must start living as humbly as God made us without getting influenced by the materials which keep changing every other minute. We must ensure our focus on the purpose of life is solid and must ensure none can pull us out of the path chosen.<br />
<br />
May Sri Sai Master bless us all with a wonderful purpose and give strength to move on the path without getting succumbed to the "glitter" in life.<br />

<div style="text-align: justify;">
From Sri Kshetra Gangapur, Divyajanani went to Maniknagar, and stayed there for 11 days. Those who spent time there can never forget the way those days went off through their life. It was quite pleasant, quite filling in every way, with 3 events celebrated there (Sri Rama Navami, Sri Sai Master Aaradhana thithiwise, deeksha). </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The 60 odd people stayed there in parayana, visiting the temple of Sri Manik Prabhu (3rd Datta avatar after Sri Sri Pada Sri Vallabha and Sri Nrisimha Saraswati). Visiting the Challa is also one more great experience. Challa, on top of a small hillock, quiet and wonderfully blessed place that leaves a person spell bound with its stillness and peace. Those who go to Maniknagar, may not feel for staying, but the one who stay there for more than 3 days, will yearn to come back to this place repeatedly for staying more days in parayana and dhyanam. Even a thought of staying for longer time will pass through their minds once they get it.<br />

Jai Sai Master!<br />
<br />
On April 10th, Nagole Satsang members had a wonderful opportunity of going to a Datta teertham with Divyajanani. Coming after a gap of 5 years, this kind of trips is much awaited by many. This year, it turned out to be much more than expected with visiting not one, but two places - Gangapur and Maniknagar.<br />
<br />
Here are some glimpses of that great trip as photostory...<br />

<div style="text-align: justify;">
Today, 12th May 2013, like every year, Sri Sai Leelamrutam Kritagnatarchana was celebrated at Nagole in Divyajanani Sannidhi. An event which is observed as a gratitude to Sri Sai Master, is celebrated on 2nd Sunday of the month of May every year. </div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Sri Sai Leelamrutam, one of the holy books written on Sri Shirdi Sai Baba, gives a glimpse of what HE is and the more we try to understand the better it helps us to understand the presence of the Consciousness which HE is, every where. In Sri Sai Leelamrutam, Sri Sai Master gives a wonderful picture of Sri Sai Baba so that we can remember HIM any time of the day, doing any activity. Infact, the more and more we understand HIM, the more and more we will be surprised at HIS omnipresence, which will help us walk in the right way in any situation. For giving us such a book, we must be indebted to Sri Sai Master for ever and as a part expressing our gratitude, this function was celebrated today (being second sunday of the month May).<br />

Jai Sai Master!<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
During the discussions and readings of understanding the nature of life and nature of universe, few things stand out. That, it is all energy and and every thing is a manifestation of the energy. It is also a fact that there are different forms and they do exist. If one looks at the fundamentals, everything comprises of the same electrons, protons etc..None of these are static, as we all know and try to go back to our science learning days. When we all are made up of electrons and protons etc.. which are in continuous movement, then how can we all appear to be static and stable? </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
That is the point. We are not stable, but everything around us is in a continuous movement. Relatively, it appears as though we are static. The whole of what we see is in continuous movement and if we can see either microscopically or macro level, we can understand that very easily. One of the many examples Sri Sai Master has given goes like this and I felt it is relevant for two reasons - one scientific and another moralewise.<br />
<a name='more'></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjaSce76-on3JzEEkZXAUZzdNxbOhPgdykaOgHUjFCNgnCN-uca_r77uF85t7uToCH4B2JVWcCF3d3iYcE9JEuu6XUnB-k17adq7taA4Fq0adi-g5WpMjp32im9UNFwJ0ibPnSxvaZt4mvM/s1600/Sai+Maser+says_11.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjaSce76-on3JzEEkZXAUZzdNxbOhPgdykaOgHUjFCNgnCN-uca_r77uF85t7uToCH4B2JVWcCF3d3iYcE9JEuu6XUnB-k17adq7taA4Fq0adi-g5WpMjp32im9UNFwJ0ibPnSxvaZt4mvM/s400/Sai+Maser+says_11.JPG" height="348" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
What HE says is - take movie as an example. What we see on the screen is not real. Since the film contains thousands of pictures which when moved across the light at a speed, appears as if there is someone who is moving and talking etc.. Infact, none of them, individually does not have any movement or meaning like a movie poster. We feel the movement...as we feel the movement in real life. (free translation of the words by Sri Sai Master <a href="http://www.saibharadwaja.org/pages/books.aspx">from the book</a>, "<a href="http://www.saibharadwaja.org/books/readbook.aspx?book=Edi-Nijam&page=13">Edi Nijam</a>?")</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
When we start contemplating a little more deeply, we understand many things. Ofcourse, one of the things that we understand really well is the fact that we are idiots for, we watch the film, paying money to the person who is trying to make money on our weakness. Be it a star that we like, or song and dance, or the technology, though created sometimes, that we are after, but definitely, playing along to the tunes of the trickster who is living on us. We succumb to the emotions while knowing very well that what is being shown is not real and try to equate the same with our actual lives. This is what brings in many chaos. Be any medium, TV or cinema, leaves some imprint subconsciously and we try to imitate them at some points, which will add to many woes of our already difficult lives. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiLRCAcRXgEMX6L3_dsa850RTccwf87D0ix0klHkC__UQnL2mk1rPdWg0aUmJtbMXShrOaWsaY3xNSd1ZbhIc9PTMyMsaZHdFPIZSRJWoU9ELD5Cf3UwTCADQVh9IlXRVdSVO8fqBNpXI_r/s1600/Master+Quotes_12.bmp" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiLRCAcRXgEMX6L3_dsa850RTccwf87D0ix0klHkC__UQnL2mk1rPdWg0aUmJtbMXShrOaWsaY3xNSd1ZbhIc9PTMyMsaZHdFPIZSRJWoU9ELD5Cf3UwTCADQVh9IlXRVdSVO8fqBNpXI_r/s400/Master+Quotes_12.bmp" height="225" width="400" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Whether we believe in GOD or donot believe in GOD, understanding the fundamental and not being affected by the influences or looking at the fact without any lenses of desire, wants or opinions is what is required to live in this society with sanity. However, we all know it is the missing link for better life. Why not contemplate on the words such as mentioned above to try living with some happiness?</div>

Jai Sai Master!<br />
<br />
Rarely one gets an opportunity to be in a place where a great event unfolds right infront of our eyes. Once that happens, it becomes a major milestone in life and leaves with more strength to move ahead in the path of spirituality.<br />
<br />
One such occassion was witnessed by Nagole Satsang Members on Good Friday, 29-03-2013 and all those present, are all blessed or should it be said, showered with blessings. It is really wonderful and quite elevating to be in the presence of those two Mahathmas.<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It all started at 4 pm on 29-03-2013 officially, while the preparation to feel the energy started couple of days back with reading of Sri Manikya Prabhu charitra and Sri Swami Samartha (Sri Akkalkot Swamy Charitra). The members prepared for this trip, which is a mile stone in everyone's life, with all sincerity and were eager to live every moment of the evening with Divyajanani in the presence of other Mahathma, Sri Nampally Baba.</div>

Once all members had Samadhi darshan and prayed to Sri Nampally Baba, naivedyam was offered to HIM by Babugaru.<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
After having spent time in the presence of Sri Nampally Baba and offering prayers to HIM, Divyjanani visited Sri Shirdi Sai Mandir, which is adjacent to Sri Nampally Baba Samdhi Mandir. She performed puja to Sri Sai Baba before leaving for HER abode in Nagole around 9.30 pm along with other Satsang members.</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
Many members, who have not seen Sri Sai Master, but read about Sri Sai Master visiting many Mahathmas, wondered how the scene would be to see and were hoping to experience one such. The opportunity came in the form of visiting Sri Nampally Baba by Divyajanani and for all those who were present and living in those moments, it would be a once in a life time experience and a major milestone in the spiritual journey. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
May the divine manifestation, in the form of Sri Sai Master or Sri Nampally Baba or Divyajanani, bless all those yearning souls which will take them a long way in to the spiritual path with greater momentum. May we live in those moments for a long time to come, till one more such opportunity re-energises us again!!</div>

It is all Energy and it is flowing across. In human beings, we take in energy in different forms and the same needs to be let out appropriately to balance out. If this energy is directed for right purpose, then we align with natural forces and if the same energy is used for non-beneficial purposes (for the beings around or environment around), then natural forces try to correct till a time, when they can not correct, but will eliminate the body which is not being used appropriately. This is nothing but acting against set rules, and they are set by Nature. when our body responds inappropriately or health-upheavals are all indicators of this non-alignment. Most of the time, we do not use our intelligence to channelise our energies, that's when we go against the rules. The movement of energy and the our chitta (or way of thinking) must align to ensure the energy flow happens smoothly through us and we become an integral part of the whole. </div>
<br />
<a name='more'></a><br /><br />
<br />
Sri Sai Master, in one of the books - <a href="http://saibharadwaja.org/books/readbook.aspx?book=2">Matam Enduku?</a> (Why Religion?), wrote thus:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgW8raYM-ixT2lo5eet-BX9lwa0AcMFLWljpH5ybjUZdCcMl-cyETplWF1DJEUBRg-f3QP06TwhSWSydnzvkfkAujh8aJFIN2N_9Ht9OCphTHQD25GDq1bvQ4RCIsAMtELfTxxIkEx6AK3Y/s1600/Sai+Master+says_10.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="388" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgW8raYM-ixT2lo5eet-BX9lwa0AcMFLWljpH5ybjUZdCcMl-cyETplWF1DJEUBRg-f3QP06TwhSWSydnzvkfkAujh8aJFIN2N_9Ht9OCphTHQD25GDq1bvQ4RCIsAMtELfTxxIkEx6AK3Y/s400/Sai+Master+says_10.JPG" width="400" /></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
A dam is used to control the flow of energy, as some energy gets wasted in the flow itself. when there is a dam, the energy gets accumulated which can be diverted to appropriate causes, like generating energy. In the similar fashion, if the flow of material is controlled appropriately, then the energy can be utilised to prevent our body from falling prey to diseases and further. The body can be turned in to a diamond. In the similar fashion, if the flow of thoughts is controlled, then we can achieve control over our mind and prevent it falling prey to worldly weaknesses. Every human being can use the two forces, flow of prana and faculty of thought, as complementing forces to achieve whatever we set out for. (from the book "<a href="http://saibharadwaja.org/books/readbook.aspx?book=Matam-Enduku&page=40">Matham Enduku?</a>")<br />
<br />
While Sri Sai Master explained so lucidly the secret of achieving higher efficiencies which will yield greater happiness, it is up to us now to contemplate on this and follow this simple principle. Let us start working on this and practice it to see if we can control our energy flow to raise ourselves physically and mentally to a different state to work for betterment.</div>

<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
People have a feeling that an enlightened soul or person talks at a different level and those can not be applied directly by commoners. However, the best part of such great people is the very thought they have about others who have not "experienced" the bliss that they are experiencing on a sustained basis. So, they continuously prod people to shun the worldly matters to work towards the bliss that they are enjoying. While putting such efforts, they also give simple solutions to make our paths simpler and to help our sadhana. Since they reached the stage after having gone through hardships, they feel others should get to the point with ease.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Sri Sai Master, during HIS discourses, (or Satsangs), continuously talked about simple things. One such thing is about forming opinions and views about others.<br />
<a name='more'></a></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgdc1Z2woJUb0GExvFYfFvUqJuzB3Vuh5f6eqNcyYjSVOfs6DeVivrFNXjOhyphenhyphenUr9W1R_fMiWzBaYWtS7ZvAHOyIw1ML4K26HAwR4geqGNVeC5KfhW2Ajoh661w97TmdQhLjs6guBZUOxZJE/s1600/Sai+Master+Says_11.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="122" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgdc1Z2woJUb0GExvFYfFvUqJuzB3Vuh5f6eqNcyYjSVOfs6DeVivrFNXjOhyphenhyphenUr9W1R_fMiWzBaYWtS7ZvAHOyIw1ML4K26HAwR4geqGNVeC5KfhW2Ajoh661w97TmdQhLjs6guBZUOxZJE/s400/Sai+Master+Says_11.jpg" width="400" /> </a> </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
HE said never form opinion on others and majority of those go wrong 99% of the time. Even opinion on self will also be wrong as we never reveal ourselves truly. (from the book, "<a href="http://saimastermessage.blogspot.com/">Maro Nanda Deepam</a>")</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
This indeed great words to avoid conflicts or the general discomfort that we face on every day basis. More than this, when seen in right perspective, this is a wonderful way to start looking at world fresh every time we see, probably. Every thing in this world is made of the five essential elements, and manifested in different forms (or it appears so?). Everything act is an interplay of those five elements and those who can use their thinking in right sense, can feel the same. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Why not start consciously practicing this, to see if we can reduce our miseries and walk towards the state of eternal happiness?</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
It is quite common for everyone to idolize someone or some theory in life. Many consider that to be a very good motivating factor and also to benchmark against, to see how we are faring in our life. However, many a time, we fall woefully short of following the same. This could be either we have not understood the theory well or do not know the person well. In both the cases, we must dive deep to know more, as much as we can and start following with all sincerity, and with integrity. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
In general, people talk about GOD and try to emulate them. But, we either grossly go wrong in understanding their deeds or use their names very inappropriately. This is quite common with Lord Krishna, whose name is associated with number of wives more than for HIS wonderful Bhagavadgita. This too very loosely without knowing the facts. Same is happening with Sri Sai Baba of Shirdi, to where lakhs flock to every week. However, how many care to follow what HE said or how HE lived? Sri Sai Master says in Sri Gurucharitra (telugu chapter 33), if one loves the GOD, then why they do not love what HE asked everyone to do or follow? Many a time in a day, this keeps hitting me again and again and for any such situation that reminds me of this line, a method or way of doing is given in Sri Sai Leelamrutam. However, when I start contemplating on such short comings, the doubt arises whether I sincerely love HIM or is it a superficial sham?<br />
<a name='more'></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Many go to Shirdi for worldly desires fulfillment and the Omnipresent energy present there in the form of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba, does grant those boons appropriately. <a href="http://www.saibharadwaja.org/books/saileelamruthamu/saileelamruthamu.aspx?chapter=4"><i>HE said, let those people come to me with those mundane desires and as they go up in life crossing a level , they will listen to what I am saying</i></a>. However, we are so busy in making a list of desires (wants or needs, does not matter), where is the free time to listen? </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">
If one looks at how Sri Sai Baba lived all HIS life, HE lived like a poor fakir, living in a dilapidated masjid, with a brick under HIS hand which served HIM as pillow in the night (HE said HE kept it as HIS Guru's remembrance), sat on a small elevated surface, used a torn gunny bag as bed sheet, distributed udi from the fire place (dhuni), and used a clay pot or tin sheet to collect food material. HE used to sit on a big stone in masjid (one can see the same in any standard Sai Baba photo). Sri Sai Master wrote that this Emperor lived all HIS life in the same manner and says all these are what this Emperor, who grants all and fulfills the worldly wishes and desires, really used in HIS daily life. This is a way to show the uselessness of materialistic world and is a subtle message to all flocking to HIM or looking up to HIM for happiness and peace. <div style="text-align: justify;">
Science and spirituality are always two lines that attracted many, either because they are genuinely interested in deciphering what spirituality is (<i>say like people in west using science to understand spirituality</i>) or to understand how science is contraindicating the beliefs (<i>like people mostly in east or few religious propagators who want to be ready with counters</i>) or <b>to bring a correlation between what is current science talking about various practices and traditions, and to promote the spirituality in life</b>. In a world, following rather than understanding the real purpose of certain practices is prevalent, either due to lack of interest or lack of purpose, some of the "done works" by some people "kick-in" that need to atleast look at that side with awe. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
One such holy book, holy because, it was written way back in 80's and written with an authority quoting hundreds of genuine references and yet, putting things in very lucid manner for every interested person to understand and follow, is Vignana Veechikalu by Pujya Acharya Ekkirala Bharadwaja. HE took various aspects of science - physics, chemistry, mathematics, biology, physiology - to correlate spirituality from these subjects. In my view, those who are interested in science can start using the same to dig through the mine called spirituality which will definitely yield treasure of happiness as one digs in more and more. </div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
[Those who think the spiritual experiences are unbelievable or blind beliefs, are not conscious of the fact that the daily life experiences are also similar. They do not recognize this fact. For example, if there is a white wall, the one who do not know what is white may not understand even if told. If two people see the wall, they may experience something, but the one who associates with a word, white, recognises that feeling as white wall. The other person who has no association, can not feel anything. In a similar manner, for the one who has not experienced spiritual upliftment, how can he feel it? - Excerpt from the holy book, <a href="http://saibharadwaja.org/books/readbook.aspx?book=Vignana-Veechikalu&intropage=a">Vignana Veechikalu</a> by <a href="http://saibharadwaja.org/pages/mastereb/lifesketch.aspx">Sri Sai Master</a>]</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
If one tries to scratch the surface and look at things a bit differently, keeping aside the perceptions and associations, the whole life experiences appear differently. Probably that is why, kids are fresh in their thinking as they have few associations. While reading about this, in one of the articles on color perception, I found an interesting statement which strikes at us very hard. It is - <span style="background-color: #eeeeee; color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Helmet, Freesans, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 18px; text-align: start;">What this means is that our simplest perception has shaped who we are. What's more, and this is amazing indeed, colour, which remember does not exist, has shaped the physical tapestry of the world itself. It has also been at the heart of human culture. (<a href="http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-14421303">Do you see what I see</a>?)</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Very interesting indeed and if one puts in the head a little seriously in this book, it could lead to, probably, a wonderful and colorful journey ahead, with full of experiences. This could change the way, we look at the whole creation.<br />
<br />
<i><b>Only HE could have written such a wonderful book.</b> </i><br />

Jai Sai Master!<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
One of the most difficult things to happen in life for anyone is finding a place where they will find the ultimate peace and happiness. As we are born and brought up in a world yearning for comforts, filled with machines and mechanical motions, with a set pattern of living, it is very difficult to see beyond even when searching for true happiness. First of all, knowing that there is something beyond itself is a chance that comes once in a million. Even then, realising that it is THAT we are searching, is a one in a billion chance. By the time the billionth chance comes, our present life would be over.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg6eLqPMbw5PkjaagXzMHTSuQ9QmfmiVcomB_6EUfDY4Ofh8xgFpEOy5CDvOZwp-Rjo4YLOipe-DQnatW0XC72vWXRTYBLhjXiAHvXBXLSw0AoRqgSv-FxGz5u7nsREm_aPdXnfJY5ehzdS/s1600/Master+Quotes_1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em; text-align: justify;"><img border="0" height="225" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg6eLqPMbw5PkjaagXzMHTSuQ9QmfmiVcomB_6EUfDY4Ofh8xgFpEOy5CDvOZwp-Rjo4YLOipe-DQnatW0XC72vWXRTYBLhjXiAHvXBXLSw0AoRqgSv-FxGz5u7nsREm_aPdXnfJY5ehzdS/s400/Master+Quotes_1.jpg" width="400" /></a><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
But then, is there a way out? Yes. Searching for someone who is a realised soul. Not by judging them, but by following a defined path, a path well etched in our traditions and mentioned in holy books, like Bhagavadgita or Sri Gurucharitra. Only a realised soul can help us realise THAT, if our yearning sustains and flows over the brim. It is also mentioned in those books that such a person would appear when we are ready to receive what HE can tell and follow the same. That means, that search must be our life purpose and even our acts in materialistic life should be a part of that whole preparation or Sadhana.<br />
<a name='more'></a></div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<a href="http://www.facebook.com/AcharyaEkkiralaBharadwaja">Sri Sai Master</a> says in one of HIS holy books, <a href="http://saibharadwaja.org/books/readbook.aspx?book=6">Sri Pakalapati Guru</a>, writes thus - </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgL6jFIGCL6GiHK2njlhtQh7ye0MUFRafCIN5udDiUZKuVQIo-MpFalfkJGZotgRQapOHyFyPqkUil7mhCxgB3U49SG2zR5BvYqEikgzsDLbnXeYkFsjAdzmz2u_3P2ZUMGPd9m0EysRA-c/s1600/Sai+Master+says_6.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="203" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgL6jFIGCL6GiHK2njlhtQh7ye0MUFRafCIN5udDiUZKuVQIo-MpFalfkJGZotgRQapOHyFyPqkUil7mhCxgB3U49SG2zR5BvYqEikgzsDLbnXeYkFsjAdzmz2u_3P2ZUMGPd9m0EysRA-c/s320/Sai+Master+says_6.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
In this HE says, only the presence of realised souls is the solution for cleansing our souls and preparing us to see beyond the materialistic world to realise the true happiness which we are searching for. There is no such thing as qualification which is linked to this process. They will always be in the same state of bliss and treat everyone with same love and affection. It is only us, who will not be able to realise the same as we are not in a position to feel or appreciate the love and affection. (You can read the book online <a href="http://saibharadwaja.org/books/readbook.aspx?book=6">here</a> in Telugu. For other books by Sri Sai Master and available online, <a href="http://saibharadwaja.org/pages/books.aspx">refer here</a>.)</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The only way for anyone to appreciate the same state of bliss as the realised souls is to find them, approach them with openness and be in their presence yearning for the same. This must be the ULTIMATE purpose of every human being which only can bring about the change the way the we function as a part of this large canvas called World. Let such noble purpose drive our lives and motivates us constantly!</div>

This is the only way in which one can succeed over death. However, for those of us, who are born in a materialistic world, it is indeed a herculean task. With so many distractions for our senses, and an unstable mind which is wandering like a monkey jumping from one branch to other, incessantly, all through, without allowing us to focus, it is very difficult to prepare ourselves to identify the omnipresent GURU or all-pervading teachings. Same is echoed by Sri Ramakrishna when HE said, those who got a human form, if they are not trying to find the GOD or the Ultimate TRUTH, then their life is waste. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
</div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Every great soul or realised soul says the same, which normally appears against the worldly view. How to leave all that is giving us comforts is a big question mark. Is it really worthful to look at that side when this side is quite bright and cheerful. However, the big difference is, what ever we do on this side, we will not be happy or contended or cheerful. There is something or other which bothers us. So, late in the age, we realise that focusing on HIM is the best as HE is the one who gives that Happiness or contentment. But for those few handful of seekers, the prescribed method is prepare our mind, body to receive the GURU and when the same is ready, HE appears like good rain which brings out the best from the fertile mind. The best way to do this is to read the books on Mahatmas and contemplate on what they said continuously. In every religion or region, we have such great souls and it is our duty to go after and read as much as we can about them.<br />
<a name='more'></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
One such great person or Mahatma is MILAREPA. Sri Sai Master translated the book on HIM to telugu to give the readers an opportunity to know how a perfect disciple follows his GURU. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjREJHWURjq8iu-tRzT-IzDad3vc2asvX-V02SH2iU_hQrAg0OZGvpgCddzaNMOtCVyYw6vAKgKk4UvO5cP_WSVumR05C3ueE8oj5s5eacGH35Gpjomgb13cGmxsge-cvgwZL_ERGFZOAVr/s1600/Milarepa_1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="195" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjREJHWURjq8iu-tRzT-IzDad3vc2asvX-V02SH2iU_hQrAg0OZGvpgCddzaNMOtCVyYw6vAKgKk4UvO5cP_WSVumR05C3ueE8oj5s5eacGH35Gpjomgb13cGmxsge-cvgwZL_ERGFZOAVr/s320/Milarepa_1.jpg" width="320" /> </a> </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
In one of HIS teachings HE says that all worldly jobs or works, there is only one result and that is unhappiness. Any effort on worldly matter will only result in either profit or loss, or coming together or separation of people. All buildings built will end up as ruins. Knowing this simple things, one should stop collecting things. One might ask, what should one do and what is the duty of a human. Milarepa says - search for GURU. Once we find one, follow the GURU's directions without fail. While doing so, try acquiring knowledge which will take us beyond normal life and death cycles.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
(<a href="http://saibharadwaja.org/books/readbook.aspx?book=20"><i>Tibet Yogi Milarepa Charitra </i></a>by <a href="http://saibharadwaja.org/pages/acharyaeb.aspx">Pujya Acharya Sri Ekkirala Bharadawaja</a>).</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
As Sri Sai Master mentioned in the foreword of this book, we have to continuously read about Holy people or Mahatmas which will help us to realise the purpose of our lives and help us work around the situations to work towards the purpose. </div>

Remembering this day, every year, to reinforce our resolve to walk on the path blazed by HIM, this day is being celebrated all over by Sri Sai Master devotees in every satsang. This year being <a href="http://issuu.com/saibabamagazine/docs/saibaba_february_2k13">50th anniversary of the that Brahmanubhuti of Sri Sai Master</a>, it was celebrated at Nagole, Hyderabad, in the presence of Divyajanani. </div>

In a pandal, well decorated, charged with spiritual fervour, the celebrations started at 9.30 am in the morning of February 9, 2013. The program where bhajan went on for couple of hours followed by reading of articles in Sai Baba magazine, on Sri Sai Master, one of them written by Divya Janani.</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The reading of the articles was followed by puja to Sri Sai Master and followed by bhajans by Gurukulam kids. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
To mark the occassion a new book was released. This book, which was released was in line with what Sri Sai Master always said. HE said, the kids must be taught from a very young age various teachings of <a href="http://vedasrikalam.blogspot.in/">Mahatmas</a> and must try to foster an atmosphere as mentioned by them. Everyone must encourage the kids to understand the importance of Mahatmas in our society and the need to follow them.</div>

<br />
Today, many kids know about Sri Shirdi Sai Baba and they keep hearing the stories about HIM. To help them read, last year, a book on Sri Sai Baba was published by Sri Manga Bharadwaja Trust called - Balala Sri Sai Leelamrutam which gained a good standing in the younger generation and being distributed as gift on their birthdays. To enable wider audience and to reach out to many, an english version - <b>Children's Sri Sai Baba</b> - was released on this day by Divyajanani.<br />

<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
During anugraha bhashana, Divyajanani emphasised the need to teach the young ones to bring in betterment in the society, to enable them imbibe good values.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It must be the responsibility of every Sai Master devotee to spread HIS message every where and to explain about what HE did or still doing for the society at large, through HIS literature and speeches. HE always lived in the same thought and showed how to be. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
On the occassion of this great day, particularly during this Kritagnatarcharna Mahotsavam, we must re-dedicate to the task of bringing in change by spreading <a href="http://saibharadwaja.org/pages/books.aspx">HIS literature</a> and what HE taught and how useful it is for the current society. </div>

Many of us talk about divine intervention for many events in our life, be marriage, be getting a job or solving issues in our professional life, birth of a child and such. While it is a great feeling to attribute to the divine intervention, feeling that rest of the life is self driven, purely based on our strength or knowledge whatever, is bringing down our own opinion about the all pervasive and omnipresent consciousness which manifested in every form in the universe.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
If we can feel, every moment of our life, we can surely understand the divine play, be in the way we are living, or the way thoughts bring generated or even bringing us under the spell of maya. Only those who are conscious or living in the present can realise the same.<br />
<a name='more'></a><br />
<br />
In the Holy book, Sri Sai Leelamrutam, Sri Sai Master says - "<i>Even though, Sri Sai Baba appears like a poor and mad fakir, HIS leelas were experienced by the devotees like stars in the sky, sand on the beach or the thoughts in the mind. However, they appear so timely and naturally like the fragrance from the flowers or like an evening raga. In all these, HIS divine intervention can be felt like a thread in a garland. The one who remembers HIM need not ask anyone or anything</i>."<br />
<br />

<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
The above statement applies to the Sadguru who always remembers HIS disciples who surrender to HIM and guides them intelligently through life to reach the final goal. We just need to BELIEVE in HIM and SURRENDER completely without an iota of doubt!</div>

As we approach the Brahmanubhuti day of February 9th, a day on which we celebrate 50 years of the Brahmanubhuti day of Sri Sai Master, a SADGURU who guided and still guiding, let us live in present and start realising and appreciating the divine play every moment that is happening all around us. The more and more, we practice and act appropriately, the more we go closer to understanding the Parabrahman! May we pray to Sri Sai Master and Divyajanani to bless us and guide us to experience the Parabrahman in this life time!</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
Science defines that there is one energy and in different forms. Those who were spiritual in the east, understood this long ago and focused on realising the truth. The same energy, which manifested in every form, be human or animal or plant or any other in this world, is to be experienced rather than understood theoretically. The same energy, was named differently by different people. In some religions there is no limit to what you call the same, and in some, you call only with one name. Be whatever, it is that we all need to experience for we are given with sense faculties and most importantly, thought.<br />
<a name='more'></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The evolution, while still a big enigma for those who are trying in any other way than through spiritual practices, gave rise to a beautiful world. For those who can see it, can feel the manifestation of the same Energy, in different forms and bow to it with reverence. It is the problem of those who can not see that, and worse, of those who do not even try to look at that side with interest. In life, at every milestone, more than 2 opportunities are presented to every human. It is the seeker, who selects the right path or look up to the guidance of wise men (Guru) to select the right path. [This is where all the sayings of our elders (like - all the glitters is not gold or the other side of the bank is green etc.) come handy to keep our head in balance]. Sri Shirdi Sai Baba is the manifestation of the same energy, or Lord Dattatreya. Every word HE spoke or every deed that HE did, teach us the right way of living. There is no need to struggle to understand the vedas (which we will start interpreting with our narrow views) or Upanishads. Sri Shirdi Sai Baba's life itself is a the result of all those. To understand that we have to go to the right source, and to help us understand HIM better, we have Sri Sai Master. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Sri Shirdi Sai Baba is called the Maharaj of the group of Saints who are around us to guide us on the right path when we seek the direction. It is us, who need to just ask for it. Sri Sai Baba said - I will look at YOU, IF you look at ME. There can not be a better chance than this for any one who needs guidance without falling in to many traps laid out by wordly maya. Those who are living in the world currently, have a great opportunity to live right, just by looking up to a great Master who by living all HIS life in teaching about HIS Guru and penned many books, now holy for the seekers. They give a thorough understanding of how to live right, how to think right, working with right intent etc.. They are not mere words. They are all <a href="http://www.saibharadwaja.org/pages/books.aspx" target="_blank">life time experiences</a> gathered painstakingly for many long years by <a href="http://www.saibharadwaja.org/pages/acharyaeb.aspx" target="_blank">Sri Sai Master</a>. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><i>As we are going to celebrate February 9th, the day on which Sri Sai Master experienced Brahmanubhuti at Shirdi, let us cleanse ourselves and walk towards it, with a desire to experience the same on that holy day! May Sri Sai Master bless us all!</i></b></div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
These words ring in our ears the moment we think of Swamiji, as Swami Vivekananda was called fondly by many. He was like a Lion and walked with his head held high and spoke highly of Mother India. He said he never realised the greatness of this nation till he went to the west. </div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
His love for the nation and faith in his GURU were hallmarks of his life. His innumerable writings and speeches on how to live right are guiding beacons to youth of India. In the formative ages of life, these messages and writings make a lot of difference to any person's outlook and will help strengthen the base for the life ahead. While he is being given a place of pride across the nation and this day is being celebrated as Youth day, he faced lot of criticism in the days when he set about spreading the message across the nation.<br />
<a name='more'></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
His messages on the woman of India and the kind of education needed for the youth are some of the teachings that are very useful in the current situation. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
To me the very essence of education is concentration of mind, not the collecting of facts. This is a very profound statement and something that every student needs to remind himself of. While talking on the responsibilities, he said:</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>1) it should help a person build a healthy and dynamic frame of mind to enable him to meet the challenges of life</i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<i>2) it should try to prevent, through proper training of its present students, any future evils in people and society which are likely to further complicate the problems of human beings</i></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
While talking about the anamolies of our country, he said - we must learn to give the right place to our women. The place where woman is respected and prayed as a form of Shakthi, there only peace and prosperity will prevail, otherwise it will lead to a downfall. Today, in a country, which celebrates durga puja with pomp and gaiety, by putting pandals across the street and praying to a God in woman form, does not care for the same woman. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><i>On this day, it is our responsibility to spread the message far and wide to bring in the necessary change to create situations for our next generation to learn and contemplate on those messages to create the Amara Bharatam that Swamiji dreamt about.</i></b><br />

<span style="text-align: justify;">On the eve of another year entering in to our lives, looking at the current situation around, probably, the only wish we need to have in our minds is:</span><br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Aano bhadra krtavo yantu vishwatah! - Let noble thoughts flow from all directions.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
To ensure we live "happily" and let others live "happily", there can not be a better message than this in my view. It is proven that there is only one energy that is appearing in different forms all over the universe. The same energy, which is called by different names, repeatedly gave the message that it is all one. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Sri Shirdi Sai Baba said - I am in Shirdi and also everywhere. The entire universe is in me. All that you see combined is ME. Those who think that I am in Shirdi, have not seen me at all. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<a name='more'></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
HE further said, HE treats everyone same and never gets angry on any one. HE infact compares HIMSELF to a mother and says can a mother get really angry on the son. This is one way of showing that the all pervasive energy is also very compassionate and all loving. It is omnipresent. This is a direction to all mankind that we need to love each other, share and live together. For this, the only way, in which it can be done is to realise the fact that ultimately, everything and everyone is made of same matter or atoms. The only difference is the faculty of thinking which is creating an illusion of separation thus leading to issues. While it is not easy to destroy the veil due to active working of our senses, we have to try very very hard to see that ultimate.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
One day, when a person, who was a devotee of Sri Rama came for the darshan of Sri Sai Baba, although with some suspicion, Sri Sai Baba said - if you can see Rama, he is everywhere. </div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
This is a direct message to all Sri Sai devotees. The day, we start contemplating on these words of Sri Sai Baba, that day onwards, a new day will dawn on us and every day will become as joyful as the eve of a new year. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
On this new year eve, let us start contemplating on these words of Sri Shirdi Sai Baba, the divine of form of that ultimate TRUTH, which is present all through the ages as Lord Dattatreya, to teach us, guide us and help us destroy the veil in front of our eyes.</div>

<b>Jai Sai Master!</b><br />
<br />
<b><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">27-12-2012, Nagole. Morning 930 hrs</span>.</b><br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The program started with Bhajans while the final decorations were going on, for performing puja on the occassion of Datta Jayanti. As Babugaru said, this is one of the two important dates in everyone's calendar as today, we perform puja to all Mahatmas in whose form, Lord Dattatreya is blessing us. The Everpresent and Omnipresent Lord, who roams around in various forms, gives out a message that HE is teaching through every form if we can see and learn. Once again, this day reminds us of that truth and gives an opportunity to re-focus on this point. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
The function started around 1130 am with the arrival of Divyjanani, followed by Sainatha puja and Datta puja. This was followed by a talk by Babugaru (Sri Ekkirala Dwarakanath Jnaneswar). During his talk, he went on explaining how a human searches for happiness in every worldly act without learning how to do it properly. When we do not focus on how to do, naturally we fail to derive happiness out of that particular act. For example, if we know how to eat properly, we can enjoy every meal that we take. At the same time, if we eat for the sake of eating and do not focus on what we are eating and how we are eating, we will be left with little bit of dissatisfaction. Even with full stomach, if we see something interesting to eat, we feel like eating. However, a happy stomach never feels so. This can be extrapolated to every act and understood by us. But we are so busy with routine, we have neither inclination nor enough time to bother about what we are doing. To test ourselves, simply try to remember what we did yesterday. Most of us will not remember even 10% of our time spent properly. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
This is a wonderful message and in a way very apt to help us to re-focus our life much better. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
A bhajan on Lord Datta followed the talk and once the bhajan was over, Maha Naivedyam was given to the Lord. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;">
After Mahanaivedyam, aarti was given to the Lord Dattatreya present in the form of various Mahatmas on the puja dais. The program ended with Divyajanani leaving the puja hall for her abode. The blessed devotees gathered on this day, which was telecast live, paid obeisance and took leave after partaking the prasadam.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
We all seek knowledge. Everyone of us, every moment, try to seek something..be information or clarifications, which definitely will enhance our current level of information. Only issue is, ability to use the information appropriately, in right time and at right place. This is something that many of us lack due to our inability to analyse and stack them up rightly. Either we put them in silos thinking life is compartmentalized or dump them and fail to retrieve on-time. Since life is not like question and answer kind, many of us get lost in the sea of information.<br />
<a name='more'></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
We need the ability to discern various kinds of information. And only a guide can teach us how to seek THAT right information. That is why, Sri Sai Master says, a good doctor is much much better than many books on medicine and a knowledgeable and experienced man is better than a wonderful book. </div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">
This is exactly what is mentioned above (excerpt from <a href="http://www.saibharadwaja.org/books/saileelamruthamu/saileelamruthamu.aspx?chapter=24" target="_blank">Sri Sai Leelamrutham</a> by <a href="http://www.facebook.com/AcharyaEkkiralaBharadwaja" target="_blank">Pujya Sri Acharya Ekkirala Bharadwaja</a>). HE says, the expert alone can lucidly explain the subject. Hence, once we find the expert, we must stop referring to the book, and listen to the expert attentively. Once we understand, try repeating that either by following or re-doing it so that we can remember the same forever. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b><i>When this is true in a case like understanding a simple piece of information, how true it should be in case of understanding the life and purpose of it? </i></b></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Only a learned man can tell us why we are here, what is the role we need to play in this larger drama called - life. For a seeker, such learned man will appear at right time to teach the same and to direct appropriately in the path of Jnana. If fortunate, to mukthi or moksha, the elite state in which one understands the letter I. As we are born as human beings, and have plenty of opportunity compared to animals and the biological life, to search for such learned man and to know the secret of our life. That should be the only GOAL for everyone.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
As we prepare to move out of Karthka month, a month represents Lord Shiva, the form which Jnana has taken, we all seek the blessings of Sri Sai Master, the Guru, to help us in our endeavour of finding the purpose and our role play. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">

<div style="text-align: justify;">
Jai Sai Master!!</div>
