Lifetime Teachings 14 - SAI MASTER SAYS.....

Jai Sai Master!

Proving existence of something that is not seen is a very difficult task and particularly when we talk about the ULTIMATE TRUTH. Only the realised souls have the real feel of the same and they say, it is a matter of experience rather than simple explanation, about that state. It is a like current flowing in the wire which helps to light the bulb, which is unseen but exists, when tested. There is no denial of the fact, especially, in this side of the world about that ULTIMATE TRUTH.

Shirdi Sai, in HIS inimitable ways, taught this in very simple terms. HE never was one to talk of words like Brahman, Maya etc.. Instead, HE taught people how one can feel the GOD in everything around - The omnipresence.
(from Sri Sai Leelamrutam - written by Pujya Acharya Sri Ekkirala Bharadwaja)

One day, a lady came to HIM crying and told HIM that her husband left home 3 years back. Then BABA said aloud and said " My husband who is staying with me never talks to me nor shows his face to me even once. What should I do?". This unexpected reaction from HIM shocked her.

After sometime, her husband returned home, but did not speak to her. She felt the days when he was not at home were better than this. He soon started shouting at her and beating her for every small thing and she felt, the days when he did not speak were better. when she her husband died, one day when she was reading a holy book, she understood what Shirdi Sai Baba said. GOD is the real husband who is with us all the time but never speaks or seen. However, we need to do sadhana to realise this TRUTH.

It should be our endeavour to try and realise the TRUTH, the ultimate TRUTH. As Sri Ramakrishna Paramahamsa said - if we do not try to realise this TRUTH in this human form in this life, then our life is waste.

May on the auspicious day of Karthika Pournami, let us light the lamps of Jnana which will help us show the path for enlightenment. May we seek the blessings of our Parents, elders of the family and the SAGES who are our forefathers, to help us by blessing us in our endeavour.

Seeking blessings of Pujya Acharya Sri Ekkirala Bhradwaja and Divyajanani Alivelumangamma on this auspicious day!

Jai Sai Master!!
